Amy has experience in all aspects of employment law, as well as commercial drafting and civil litigation.
In addition to substantive areas of law, Amy has experience in policy drafting, legal administration, and case management, having assisted the South African Human Rights Commission implement an online case administration system and receiving training on best practice policy creation and implementation at the International Fair Labor Association in Geneva during a specialized internship program.
Amy graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with an LLB in 2012 (Dean’s List) and served her articles at Eversheds Sutherland LLP where she continued as an associate until joining M Neale Inc. in March 2017.
Lesedi is a Candidate Attorney just commenced with my articles. She has a B.com Law from UNISA, LLB from WITS and still doing her LLM in Commercial and Business Law from WITS focusing on areas such as Cyberlaw, Competition Law, Intellectual Property and International Foreign Direct Investment.
Lesedi has an interest in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property. Her thesis looked into South Africa's current Copyright climate and the looming Copyright Amendment Bill and where that places South Africa as a developing country, part of the research was participating and attending Parliament on the debate of the Copyright Amendment Bill with various other stakeholders.
Melvin, graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1999. He served his articles with R.C Christie Inc. where he advanced to become an associate.
Melvin has practised as an admitted attorney since 2000. He specialises in commercial law, civil litigation, criminal law and insurance matters including advising, litigation and public liability matters. He also deals with family law and labour law.
